Erum & Michael // Crypt on the Green Wedding

Erum & Michael’s Crypt on the Green Wedding was incredible! The perfect couple, their family and the right energy! What more could I ask for?

The day started out with the couple getting ready in Farringdon. I arrived to the sounds of carefully curated Spotify playlist which was getting the boys ready for the events which were about to unfold! The energy in the room was excitement. A few rooms down the bride & her sisters were carefully putting together the multiple layers for what was an incredible dress.

We then headed over to Islington Town Hall for the nuptials. With Excitement building amongst friends and family, Michael waited patiently at the altar. As the entrance music played, the excitement faded and the emotion kicked in. All the planning, stress and late nights came down to this moment. Seeing his bride for the first time, Michael broke down, but those tears were soon replaced with smiles as the officiator announced them as Husband and Wife!

The evenings festivities were set to take place at Crypt on the Green. Erum & Michael wanted to have elements of their cultures in the wedding; with that being said, both families were at centre stage to make an entrance to the party. Michael’s family came in first, the energy, the dancing…just YES! Next was Erum’s, they had traditional drum players, play their family in whilst they danced away, it really was incredible to see.

The night unfolded with friends and family who were reconnecting after time apart, school friends reminiscing on childhood and Erum & Michael at the heart of it all.

It really was an incredible day!
